New Teams Looking to Join the League - Youth League Joining Information

​

You will need to:

  • provide an umpire to officiate at matches, these can be qualified or trainee umpires (with a mentor)

  • have a qualified first aider in your club/team

  • have a safeguarding lead and policy

  • bring a club first aid kit to all games

  • be a member of England netball by 1st September

  • pay a league registration fee to Colchester Netball league

  • pay for the cost of the courts which will be billed in two instalments

  • we recommend you pay your umpire each game £7, and provide scorers if you can but this is at the discretion of each club

  • provide a ball and wear team kit.

Our League Facebook page is the best place to start if your looking to join a team. We recommend posting the level you've played along with your preferred positions. Teams will also post onto our Facebook page if they're looking for players.

New Teams Looking to Join the League - Adult League Joining Information

​

You will need to:

  • provide a suitably qualified umpire for the division you are placed in who is prepared to send their name and contact details to the Officiating Lead

  • have a qualified first aider in your club/team

  • have a safeguarding lead and policy if U18’s is included in an adult team

  • bring a club first aid kit to all games

  • be a member of England netball by 1st September

  • pay a league registration fee and team registration fee to Colchester Netball league

  • pay for the cost of the courts which will be billed in two instalments

  • pay your umpire each game £15, and if in division 1-2 provide a side line scorer

  • provide a ball and wear team kit.

 

All the games are played at Highwoods Sports Centre on Monday from 7.00 to 8.30pm or 8.30pm to 10pm.
